I guess this is my week to ramble on to myself, but some part of me is still optimistic that you might read this. Maybe I'm just processing my feelings, because I'm trying to make the best of the situation. I'm sure you'll probably never talk to me again, and that really sucks. Amaury's little saying about it always being the man's fault ironically seems to be a good philosophy for life in general. It's unbelievable to me how quickly I messed things up between us. I understand that you were hurt, and not ready to be in a relationship right now, and I wasn't pushing for one, but I also know how quickly women lose interest, especially considering you're moving to another country for a while. I just wanted you to like me enough to stay in touch while you're away. I believe it's possible to tell someone how you feel without expecting a date, or a kiss. I respect what you said, and I would be willing to wait forever for you, because I believe that you are worth waiting for. Whenever you're ready would have been fine with me. Believe me, I want you to be my girlfriend, but it doesn't mean it has to be instantly. I guess I won't be coming back to the classes, since I'm sure you don't want to see me right now. I just wanted to thank you for staying after to talk to me, and especially for sitting beside me that Tuesday, so I could ask you to dance. That really meant a lot to me.
